Stadium Information
Away fans are housed in the West Stand (Leppings Lane) at one end of the stadium. Away fans should enter the stadium through turnstiles 20-22. It is worth noting that there are several supporting pillars in that area of the ground that could impede your view. Food available on the concourse includes a range of pies, sausage rolls, burgers and hot dogs.
Getting There
By Car
There is limited street parking available if you arrive early enough on matchday. Alternatively, there are some unofficial car parks along the A61 that charge around £4, while it will cost £7 to leave your vehicle behind the Wednesday club shop at the stadium. Another option is to park at Meadowhall Railway Station, near to the well-known shopping centre, for free and then take a yellow Supertram to Leppings Lane for a return price of under £3.
By Train
Sheffield Railway Station is 3.4 miles from Hillsborough, so you will need to take a taxi or bus to the ground. Alternatively, you can use the Supertram service. The blue tram towards Malin Bridge stops a 10-minute walk from the stadium, while the yellow tram towards Leppings Lane will stop right outside.
By Bus
Several bus routes stop near the stadium. Routes 101, 102, and 103 run every 10 minutes on match days. The bus stop is right outside the main entrance.
Nearby Pubs
A pub that admits away supporters is the Railway on Penniston Road, which is the main A61 that runs by the stadium. Penistone Rd N, S6 1LP.
