Stadium Information
The visitor entrance is located at Turnstile D. If you have any enquries while outside the stadium. All away ticket collections are available at window 5 of our North Stand Ticket Office, close to Turnstile J. Should you need to arrange to collect your tickets on matchday, you would need to contact your club directly in advance. Opening hours of the North Stand are from two hours before kick-off until every visiting supporter has been assisted. The nearest cash machine/ATM facility is available on the Olympic Park outside of the Podium Café and ArcelorMittal Orbit. All internal food kiosks only take credit/debit cards and Apple/Android Pay.
Getting There
By Car
No parking at stadium except blue badge holders. There is car parking available at Westfield Stratford (£10 for 3 – 6 hours) and Stratford International Station (£19/event day). It can take an hour to get out of car parks after a match.
By Train
Stratford station (Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground) and Stratford International within 15-minute walk. Multiple transport options from central London. https://tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey
By Bus
Buses 108, 308, 339, and 388 serve the stadium. Additional shuttle services from Stratford station. Special services on match days.
Nearby Pubs
There are very few pubs near the London Stadium that welcome away supporters. Fans may prefer to drink in central London before heading to the ground. A popular meeting point for visiting fans is Hamilton Hall (Wetherspoons) (Liverpool Street Station, London, EC2M 7PY), which has been a go-to spot for away supporters since West Ham moved to the London Stadium. Some of the bars in Westfield Stratford may allow away supporters in colours, except during high-risk matches. Entry policies will be decided by venue staff on the day.
